The Play’s The Thing is a tabletop roleplaying game of Shakespearean reinvention, all about an acting troupe that decides to take their latest performance into their own hands instead of following the folio.
Play the members of that acting troupe—Hams, Leads, Villains, and Ingenues—or the Playwright in charge of the play. As you work your way through the Acts of the play, you’ll suggest changes that the Playwright has to incorporate into the work, twisting and changing the Bard’s stories and making them even better.
The Play’s The Thing is perfect for one-shot, exciting, inventive, funny, and dramatic play.
